Ingredients: Serves: 1
2 frozen bananas 1/2 apple 90g Apple Greek yogurt 100ml cow milk 1/2 tbsp Honey
Take large blending jar. Peel bananas and add it to jar. Add apple. Now add yogurt and honey. Blend it well now. Transfer it to serving glass. Enjoy!
