I have been cooking for quite a time now and its now time to bring in more things. I am now beginning with more healthy eating. In upcoming posts you may notice that. I have put a ban to any type of oil except olive oil which you guys already know, it has got many benefits. I have planned some healthy recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner including your snack time. Its good to show your creativity in your meals. That keeps you motivated and help in releasing your all day stress. Cooking is the best stress booster!
I have to start with this salad which is all healthy! may not be soothing to spice lovers who love to eat hell oily and spicy stuff! which is obviously not a healthy living. I have started preparing more healthy stuff these days! best thing is it consumes less oil and even less time to prepare.
Today i bring to you healthiest lunch ever only for you! Here i am using chicken, Broccoli and eggs. We are not using much spices here and all are just boiled stuff and nothing else. If you want to grill the chicken you may grill it instead and shred it well.
Lets get started…
Overall cooking time: 12 minutes
- Boiled Broccoli 1/2 cup
- Boiled/ Grilled chicken breasts 2 Nos.
- Boiled eggs 2 Nos.
- Black salt 1/8 tbsp
- Black pepper 1/8 tbsp
- Black vinegar 1 tbsp/ lemon 1/2 No.
- Take a bowl. Shred the chicken breasts.
- Bring in serving bowl/ plate. Place shredded chicken. This creates our base.
- Now slice down each egg into 6 parts. Place it over shredded chicken.
- Place broccoli over it.
- Take a small bowl now. Squeeze half lemon. Add black salt and black pepper. Mix it well.
- Spread lemon mix over the salad.
or 5. Pour black vinegar over the salad.
