Red Sauce Pasta

Here’s another weekend and we come accross another weekend booster. We all like pizzas and pastas. Today i am going to create Red Sauce Pasta.

Here’s how to go about it!

Ingredients:
Fettuccine (Ribbon Pasta) 250 gm
Onion 2 Nos.
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Green Chili 4 Nos.
Mix veg 200 gm
Moyyonaise 250 gm
Vegetable oil
Spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala)
Preparation:
1. Boil the ribbon pasta for 10 minutes. Keep it aside once it is cooked.

2. Now Take a blender jar. Take onions, tomatoes and red chili. 
   Blend it to make a paste. 
3. Now bring the cooking pot/ kadai to heat.
4. Introduce 2 tbsp of oil.
5. Brig in Tomato paste. Let it cook for 3 minutes.

6. Now introduce the spices: 1/2 tbsp each of salt, red chili powder, 
   coriander powder, garam masala. Mix them well.

7. Now Take the mayyonaise in the blender jar. Add some water and 
   blend it well.
8. Put this in our cooking pot/ kadai. Let it cook for 3 minutes.

9. Now add the veggies.

10. Lets bring the boiled pasta and mix it well gently. Make sure pasta 
    dont break out.

Bring in the plate!
