Eggie Paneer Sandwich

Egg Paneer Sandwich is one of its sandwiches which is best for breakfast/ dinner. This one is another one of my creations. It’s full of proteins and energy.

Here is the recipe:

Ingredients:                                                          Serves: 2
For  saucy spread:
100gm curd
25gm tomato chilli sauce
1/4tbsp redchilli
1/2 tbsp pepper
1/4tbsp black salt
 
For sandwich:
2 sesame bread/buns
4tbsp vegetable oil
2 boiled eggs
1/2 cucumber
1 tomato
4 slices of paneer
1 onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Procedure:
Saucy spread:
In a bowl, mix curd, chilly tomato sauce, pepper, black salt. 
Your saucy spread is ready. That's so simple. Isn't it?

Sandwich preparation:
1. First cut the bun into two halves. 
2. Now bring the pan to heat. Put vegetable oil and toast the bread.
3. By the time slice the cucumber, tomato, onion and boiled eggs.
4. Now lightly toast the paneer slices And all veggies.
5. Now start with the base of bun. 
6. Apply 1tbsp spread. 
7. Place one paneer slice, then, 2 egg slices > 
   2 cucumber slices > 2 onion slices > 2 tomato slices. 
8. Now sprinkle some pepper and salt to taste. 
9. End it with A paneer slice. 
10. Completing the sandwich by closing it with top of bun.
11. Garnish the plate by a stroke of saucy spread.
