Potato Cheese Toast Sandwich

Sandwiches have always been part of our snacktime or breakfast. We come accress different types of sandwiches and toasts. I have been making different types of sandwiches. Here I am going to make Potato cheese toast sandwich with a tomato center.

Lets get started!

Boiled Potatoes 2 Nos.
Tomato 1 No.
Bread Slices 2 Nos. (any bread of your choice)
Mozzarella Cheese
Some vegetable oil (just for greasing)
Spices! (Salt, red chili powder, pepper, coriander powder, Garam masala)
1. Bring in boil potatoes and mash them well with the help of a fork.
2. Add some spice to it (1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/3rd tbsp each of red chili 
   powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper)
3. Mix it well. Keep aside.

4. Now take two slices of bread.

5. Take one slice of bread. Spread mashed potato.
6. Cut the tomato into half and place it in the center.

7. Take out a slice of mozzarella cheese and place it over.

8. Cover it with the second slice of bread.
9. Bring in the toaster and grease it with some vegetable oil.
10. Place the sandwich in the toaster.

11. Flame the toaster on. (You may use electric toaster also)

12. Let it cook for 3 minutes each from both sides.
13. Once cooked from both sides. Take out the sandwich.

Its Ready!
