Lets bring out something creative stuff in our breakfast or something we can have in our snack time. This time it’s something cheesy and contains veggies as well. One fine morning I was thinking of havong something different. What I saw in my refregerator was all mini buns, veggies, mozzarella cheese. So here came an idea for coming up with mini buns stuffed with veggies and fun filled with cheese.
Let’s get started with this.
Ingredients:
Mini buns Mozzarella Cheese Mix veg. Mashed potatoes Spices (salt, red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper)
Preparation:
1. Bring a pan to heat. 2. Add some vegetable oil. 3. Bring in our veggies and saute them for 3minutes.4. Add spices now (1/3 tbsp of salt, 1/4 tbsp each of red chilli powder, coriander powder, garam masala, pepper) 5. Mix the veggies well and turn the flame off. Keep it aside. 6. Now bringing mini buns.
7. Cut the top of buns and make them hollow with the help of fork. Press the sides with the help of thumb.
8. Now take the mashed potatoes and add some spices to it. Mix it well. 9. Now mashed potatoes to buns and press it along sides with the help of thumb.
10. Add veggies now.
11. Cut the mozzarella cheese into cubes and place it over buns.
12. Now apply some vegetable oil on the outer side of buns. 13. Bring pan to heat again. 14. Now keep the buns in the pan. 15. Cover the pan with lid and let it cook for 6 minutes.
16. Now you can see the cheese is melted and buns have become crispy.
