Are you a pizza lover? do you want to have pizza prepared in a healthy way. Here i havent used yeast which in one way has saved time. Please note that i have prepared this on a normal stove not baked.
Whole wheat dough Mix veg Onion 1 No. Tomato 1 No. Chili tomato sauce Salt and red chili powder
1. Bring a pan to heat. Add some vegetable oil. 2. Add vegetables and saute for 3 minutes. 4. Keep aside veggies. Add some oil and saute onions for 2 minutes. 5. Now roll out a big size thick base from whole wheat dough. 6. Bring the wheat base in the pan. 7. Now spread tomato chili sauce. 8. Put all veggies, onions, tomatoes over the base. 9. Grate mozzarella cheese. 10. Bring the pan to slow flame and let the pizza cook for 10 minutes. Ready to eat!
