Home Style Egg Curry

Egg is the food element which one must have in stock at home. It is the most easy component from which one can prepare anything from a simple sandwich to a omelette in case of craving or for kids when they demand anything suddenly. Also egg is a good source for protein.

Egg curry can be prepared in several ways. Here i am preparing a simple home recipe which is an Indian style of preparing egg curry in most simplest way.

Ingredients:
Garlic cloves 6 Nos.
Onion (big sized) 1 No.
Tomatoes 3 Nos.
Boiled eggs 4 Nos.
Vegetable oil
Spices (Salt, Pepper, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala)
Preparation:
1. Chop down the onions and tomatoes.

2. Bring a pan to heat.
3. Add chopped garlic cloves. Saute it till golden brown.

4. Bring in the chopped onions. Saute it till golden brown.

5. Add chopped tomatoes.

6. Bring in spices (1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/3 each of Pepper, red chili powder,
   coriander powder, garam masala)

7. Add some water to mix the spices well. Let it reduce for 5 minutes.

8. Now add the boiled eggs.

9. Add some water again. Let it cook for 7 minutes.

10. Our simple egg curry is ready to eat!
