On the occasion of such important day, three friends headed towards Vapour Pub and Brewery. This is a great place to chill around and enjoy your Beer. We already had a booking so wasn’t difficult for us to get our space. Since they are well known for their home brewed wheat beer, we selected their home brewed beer. Our first order went for Vapour wheat, Vapour Blonde and Vapour Dark. To complement this with the starters as vapour fries and awadhi chicken tikka. Both of the starters were truly complementing the drinks. For Veggies, vapour fries is a nice combo of fries, onion rings and mozzarella fingers(yumm..). Coming to chicken, it was fresh and juicy.
Our second course went for Vapour Ale and two Vapour Dark (loved the bitter taste! into my favorites now). In starters we included Chilli Paneer dry, nut & beans masala and Chicken lollypop. what can i say about Paneer, it was just awesome. Fresh and juicy paneer in a spicy oriental sauce (cant forget the taste,(Slurp!)). Nothing less goes for the chicken lollypop, it was good but lacked the amount of chicken in it.
About the drinks, Vapour wheat is bit smooth with a bitter taste. For Beer lovers, Vapour Dark is awesome for a bitter taste.
