Chow mein style Spaghetti

Lets get something chinese today. Oops you must be saying, how come spaghetti comes into chinese cuisine. You are right spaghetti is a plural of italian word for spaghetto. Hence spaghetti lies in italian cuisine. In true sense we are just preparing italian ingredient in chinese style. Lets begin with our chow mein style spaghetti.

Ingredients:                                                           Serves: 2
Spaghetti 200 gm (Boiled)
France Beans 50 gm
Green peas 50 gm
Cauliflower 50 gm
Carrot 50 gm
Spring onion 50 gm
Garlic 6 cloves
Green chili 6 Nos.
Soya sauce
White vinegar
Red chili sauce
Green Chili sauce
Vegetable oil
Spices (Salt, garam masala, coriander powder)
Preparation: 
1. Bring kadhai (deep cooking-pot) to heat. Put 2 tbsp vegetable oil.  
2. Now put chopped garlic cloves. Saute them till golden brown.
3. Now add green chili and all veggies. Saute them for 2 minutes.
4. Put some water and cover with lid. Wait for 10 minutes.
5. Now we have our veggies ready. Bring in spices. 3/4th spoon salt, 
   1/2 spoon each of garam masala, coriander powder.
6. Pour some white vinegar, soya sauce, green chili sauce and red chili sauce.
7. Bring in boiled Spaghetti.
Ready!
