Vermicelli Pulao

There can be different ways to prepare anything you want with vermicelli. Here we bring you vermicelli pulao in a healthier way. Lets see how we came across this…

Ingredients:                                                         Servings: 2
For Tomato Puree
Tomato 1 No.
Green Chili 4 Nos.
Garlic Cloves 4 Nos.

For Main Prep
Vermicelli 250 gm
France Beans 50 gm
Green peas 50 gm
Cauliflower 50 gm
Carrot 50 gm
Onion 1 No.
Spices Of course (salt, coriander powder, red chili powder, garam masala, Hing)
Preparation:                                               Prep Time: 15 minutes

Tomato Puree:
1. Now Grind tomato, green chilies, garlic to prepare tomato puree.

2. Now bring a pan to heat. Put some vegetable oil. Put tomato puree. 
   Cook for 3 minutes.

3. Now cut all veggies and put it in the pan. Put 1/2 tbsp salt, 1/3 tbsp each 
   of coriander powder, garam masala, hing. Put some water and cover it and let 
   it cook for 10 minutes on a slow flame.

4. Now after 10 minutes, take another cooking pot, bring water to boil. 
   Put vermicelli in the boiling water. Cook for 5 minutes.

5. Now after 5 minutes, remote the water. from Vermicelli.

6. Veggies are cooked by now and water is all gone. 
   Put the vermicelli in the pan and mix it well. Now turn the gas off.
Ready!
