Tuna Curry

Ingredients:
Tuna fish curry cut 500 gm
Onions 2 Nos.
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Red Chilies 2 Nos.
Garlic cloves 4 Nos.
Vegetable oil
Spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala, 
turmeric powder)
Preparation: 
1. Marinate fish in spices for 30 minutes (1 tbsp each of salt, 
   red chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder)

2. By the time grind tomatoes, onions and garlic cloves.

3. Now take a pan and bring to heat.
4. Put some vegetable oil and add red chilies (break into half).

5. Let it saute for 1 minute.
6. Now add puree and let it cook for 3 minutes.

7. Add some spices (1/2 tbsp of salt, 1 tbsp each of red chili powder, 
   coriander powder, turmeric powder, garam masala)
8. Now add tuna fish and add some water.

9. Now cover it with lid and let it cook for 5 minutes.
10. Remove the lid and reduce the curry to get proper consistency.
