Lets bring our creativity in breakfast today. Today here we have half fried omelette put in a chapati in a taco style with some my own customized saucy spread. Half fried omelette i prepared is with solid center, you may have a liquid center if you like that. Here’s how it goes:

Ingredients:
Egg 1 No.
Red Chili flakes
Herbs (i used Basil)
Chapati 1 No.
Mayonnaise
Mustard sauce
Chili tomato sauce

For saucy spread:
Curd 250gm
Chili tomato sauce
Pepper
Black salt
Preparation:
Saucy spread:
Take a curd in a bowl. Put 4 tbsp of chili tomato sauce, 1/2 tbsp 
each of black salt and pepper. Mix it well and your saucy spread is done.

1. Bring non-stick tawa/ pan to heat (use non tick utensils to avoid 
   using oil). Break an egg into the pan.
2. Sprinkle chili flakes and herbs. Oops!Seems like i have put more 
herbs but no worries, it will not affect the taste.

3. Now put the lid on to cook the egg and make solid centre.
4. Its time to prepare chapati! Roll the wheat dough to make it a thin 
   circle.
5. Take a tawa/ pan and bring it to slow heat.
6. Put chapati over pan and let it cook on a slow flame to make it crispy
   so as to make it crispy.
7. Once done. Apply mayonnaise over chapati. 
8. Please egg on this on half side of chapati.
9. Now put mustard sauce over it.

10. Now Put chili tomato sauce (you may replace it with simply tomato 
    sauce)

11. Now introduce the saucy spread and half fold the chapati.
Ready!
