Many of us like fried chicken and here i bring you my first one in my own way. Lets start here:
Ingredients:
Bread Crumbs Chicken (i used curry cut) Green chilies Spices (Salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, Turmeric powder, garam masala) Egg 1 No. Vegetable oil (for frying)
Preparation:
Preparing bread crumbs: You can get bread crumbs from store but here i prepared myself. Cut the sides of bread. Toast bread lightly. Now grind the bread fine. Take a pan and bring it to heat. Now put the grinded bread in the pan. Keep tossing the bread in order to avoid burning crumbs. This may take 3 minutes and bread crumbs are ready!Getting to the main: 1. Take a big bowl. Bring out chicken. 2.Chop green chilies(5) and put it in the bowl.
3. Break egg and put in spices (1/2 tbsp each of salt, red chili powder, coriander powder and garam masala)
4. Mix it well. Let the chicken marinate for 45 minutes.
5. Now bring in bread crumbs to marinated chicken and apply crumbs well to each chicken piece as shown below:
6. Now take a deep pot/ kadai and put vegetable oil till 3/4 of the pot. Bring it to heat. Make sure the temperature of the oil is adequate to cook the chicken. 7. Take a chicken piece one at a time and fry it well (make sure not to burn it). 8. After frying each chicken piece, put it on a soaking paper. Now plate it and we are ready to eat!
