White Sauce Pasta

Lets gets started with the weekend buzz. I have been creating one or the other thing. We all like pizzas and pastas. Today i am going to create White Sauce Pasta.

Here’s how to go about it!

Ingredients:
Fettuccine (Ribbon Pasta) 250 gm
Onion 2 Nos.
Green Chili 4 Nos.
Mix veg 200 gm
Moyyonaise 250 gm
Vegetable oil
Spices (salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, garam masala)
Preparation:
1. Boil the ribbon pasta for 10 minutes. Keep it aside once it is cooked.

2. Now bring the cooking pot/ kadai to heat.
3. Introduce 2 tbsp of oil.
4. Put chopped onions. Saute it for 3 minutes.

5. Now bring the chopped red chili.

6. Bring in the veggies. Saute them for another 3 minutes.

7. Now introduce the spices: 1/2 tbsp each of salt, red chili powder, 
   coriander powder, garam masala. Mix them well.

8. Now Take the mayyonaise in the blender jar. Add some water and blend it well.
9. Put this in our cooking pot/ kadai. Let it cook for 3 minutes.

10. Lets bring the boiled pasta and mix it well gently. Make sure pasta dont 
    break out.
Bring in the plate!
