Besan chila / Gram flour pan cake is the simplest thing to prepare when you are craving. This on the other hand consumes less time. Besan/ Gram flour is the best cure for cold.

INGREDIENTS
- Gram Flour
- Spices (salt, red chili powder, Garam masala)
PREPARATION
- Take a mixing bowl.
- Add 6 tbsp of gram Flour.
- Bring in spices ( 1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/3 tbsp each of red chili powder and Garam marsala)
- Add some water to make thick batter.
- Bring a pan to heat. Sprinkle some vegetable oil.
- Spread the batter in the pan in a circular shape.
- Let it cool from one side. Once bubbles start appearing, turn the side. Give it 3 minutes.
