Malai Soya Chunks

Another preparation to fill your snack time. Today I am bringing soya in your plates.
Its a good source of proteins and for those who are vegetarians its a heaven. At its
best, it just takes 5 minutes to prepare this one. Soya chunks easily soak flavors.
Hence you can easily customize it to prepare any type of dish you want. You just need to boil soya chunks in lot of water and the add flavor to it.

Last weekend when i went to shop i just grabbed some packets of soya chunks. It’s fun shopping when you live alone and all you do it for yourself and enjoy doing it. The next evening when i happen to prepare some snacks thought of just preparing something with soya. I just combined it with curd and some spices to give it more flavor. Green chilies add more spice to it.
