Strawberry Vermicelli Kulfi

Vermicelli is a traditional type of pasta. In asia its is used to make frozen dessert. Here we are also making a frozen dessert in our own way. Here it is:

Ingredients:
Boiled vermicelli 100 gm
Strawberry syrup
Rose syrup
Milk 200 gm 
Sugar
Grounded cashews
Preparation:
1. Keep boiled vermicelli in the freezer and leave it for 4 hours. It should get 
tighten by now.
2. Take a pan and heat up milk. Now put frozen vermicelli.
3. Now break vermicelli into smaller peices.
4. Now put 3 tbsp of strawberry syrup. Let the milk reduce a bit.5. Put 3 tbsp of 
sugar and mix it well.
6. Now let this cool down.
7. Once it reaches room temperature, fill ice cream moulds.
8. Keep the moulds in the freezer for 6 hours to get it harden well.
9. Now unmould the vermicelli.
10.Dice it and plate it.
11. Top it with rose syrup and grounded cashews.
Yummy!
