Matar Pulao (Peas pulao)

Peas Pulao is one in all my most favorite and in addition one of the crucial simplest one pot meal. Though i’ve posted peas pulao recipe prior, this one is with a curry which give it more spice. This pulao can be executed in a few minutes and also tastes delicious. That you could have any tomato situated gravy or simply onion pachadi as facet dish for peas pulao. Lets see how to make peas pulao following our easy recipe.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup rice
1 cup green peas
spices
Vegetable oil

For Curry:
Tomatoes 2 Nos.
Onion 1 No.
Garlic 4 cloves
Preparation:
1. Soak 1/2 cup rice in 1 cup of water.
2. Bring a kadhai or cooking pot to heat.
3. Put some vegetable oil. Bring green peas in.
4. Now add spices (1/2 tbsp salt, 1/3 tbsp red chili powder)
5. Now bring in rice.
6. Cover the pot with lid and cook for 10 minutes.

For Curry:
1. Grind tomato, onion and garlic.
2. Take a pan now and put some vegetable oil.
3. Bring the the puree.
4. Add some spices now (1/2 tbsp of salt, 1/3 tbsp each of red chili 
   powder, coriander and garam masala)
5. Add some water and let it cook for 10 minutes.

Enjoy matar pulao with a top up of curry! :)
